For the Love of Purple...

My middle man, who is 16 years old, was invited to a Sweet 16 birthday party this past Saturday night. The dress was semi-formal with purple and black being the predominate colors.  Now that being said, for those of you who know my middle man you know black is the main color in his wardrobe.  Lately, however, he has been requesting purple shirts.  This is his favorite color, I have been told.  Hmmm wonder where I've been the past 16 years!
Hubby took him shopping for the clothes.  I think they both did a great job. So, For the Love of Purple I present to you my middle man....

He likes that shirt so much that he decided to wear to on Easter Sunday.

Nope, he doesn't have much self confidence!
My neighbors beautiful purple flowers were the perfect spot for this photo shoot. :)

So handsome! He looks good in purple. Most with red hair usually do though. Must be the light skin color or something. I know my boys did too. Good thing they went to Braddock whose school colors were purple and gold!

Niiiiice! J looks good enough in purple that he should never wear black again. I wish the mall was still open, 'cause I'm getting Tom a purple shirt -- ASAP! :) xoxo

Well I think this guy has a future in being a model. If he has not checked into it he should.

Wow that last photo reminds me of James Dean! Thanks for leaving the comment about the dogwood flowers. I wish that I could send some your way.

Have a great day!
