Thanksgiving Dinner

We actually had Thanksgiving Dinner last night, Wednesday here at our house.

We had quite a spread as everyone wanted to bring something.

Ham and Turkey

Homemade gravy(yummy)and homemade cranberry/orange relish

cornbread dressing

cabbage casserole

mashed potatoes

sweet potatoes

broccoli rice casserole

collard greens

green beans and new potatoes

macaroni and cheese

sausage and wild rice stuffed acorn squash

deviled eggs

and as if there were not enough carbs....yummy, yummy rolls!!

On to desert....

Pioneer Woman's cranberry pecan pie

pumpkin pie

oatmeal peach cheesecake bars

pumpkin cheesecake trifle

banana pudding(decorated by my youngest dude, don't you see the smiley face??)

wine cake

After all this food, little Oliver summed it up best as to how we all felt...

Seriously, the food was fabulous, and for the blessing of it I am truly thankful.

BUT my life would not be complete without these three dudes...

In all their goofiness(does a boy ever pose for picture without being fussed at???)

And of course, this dude, for making this life all possible....

As much as I love little Oliver, I don't mean him(just this one time)!

I am so thankful for all the blessings that our Lord and Savior has bestowed upon me and family.

Fondly,
Ann

PS~On to the Christmas decorating!!!

The only question is............did the homeless enjoy your dinner too? What a large spread you had!!!! It all looks delicious, though. No small, thin slices of turkey for you!!!
DId you get some shopping in today?
Miss you,
Linda

Looks so yummy! It's interesting to see the different traditional foods you have. I can honestly say we've never had collard greens for Thanksgiving! :) I would have loved to have a little sampler plate. I made appetizers for my husband's family Thanksgiving - from Pioneer Woman. Boy she is awesome. I made bacon wrapped club crackers with parmesan cheese and mystery rolls (blue cheese - yumptious!). I'm so glad you had such a wonderful Thanksgiving! We did too! Blessings to you and yours!
